IMPORTANT:  Please let us know the number of rooms needed as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.  The US Open is being held in Forest Hills during the time of the Treffen, and hotels are reluctant to give a very large number of rooms to one group.  We feel that we have reserved enough room for everyone, but they will be given on a first come first served basis.  We thank you for your understanding.  It is recommended that rooms be booked through the Gottscheer Relief and Treffen Committee.
